This is about communicating ideas, and even the best creative ideas need to be visualized. “Dynamic” execution includes a range or loose color roughs with a conceptual feel or photo-realistic renderings that look like the real thing. As conceptual ideas evolve, the B&W phase is a tremendous opportunity to share early seed ideas with minimal time invested. A loose sketch or “thumbnail” allows us to efficiently generate and share multiple concepts or gestures. While a rough computer generated “white study” provides multiple views that make it easy to evaluate functionality and sightlines before materials, lighting and graphics are applied. Some call them “redline” drawings others call them dimensioned elevations. Whatever you call them, we can provide you with material, furniture and design related sources and the drawings you or your fabrication partner requires to estimate our designs. We create standardized dimensioned elevation drawing sets or glad to work within your format. The advantages of creating our designs within 3-Dimensional CAD software, is we can provide a 3D ACAD .dwg / .dxf at any phase of the design process. Check out our Process section for examples.
